Is arcx an official TikTok product?
No. arcx is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Kick or Twitch. The phrase 'compatible with TikTok LIVE' is descriptive only. arcx reads live events through a third-party connection service, not the official TikTok API.
Can my account get restricted or banned?
It can. We design our games to avoid known restriction triggers: no luck mechanics with gifts, no picking sides, no gift instructions on screen. Still, we cannot prevent platform decisions and we do not guarantee that restrictions will not happen. See the restriction guide (Turkish).
Do you need my TikTok password?
No, never. For the live stream your username is enough; that connection is read-only and arcx never comments on your behalf. If you connect your TikTok account to send clips, you sign in on TikTok’s own page and only TikTok sees your password.
Can I send my clips to TikTok from arcx?
You will be able to send a clip recorded in Clip Studio to your own account through TikTok’s official API; each clip is sent only when you confirm it, with the privacy setting you choose. This feature is enabled after TikTok’s app review. Details: the app.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10/11 (64-bit), 8 GB RAM and a graphics card with WebGL2. You need LIVE Studio or OBS to stream. Mac and phone-only streaming are not supported right now.
How much will I earn?
We make no earnings promises and publish no gift or revenue statistics. The games are designed to keep chat lively; results depend on your stream and audience.
What do gifts do in the game?
Always an effect known in advance and limited in time: a spotlight, a queued time-limited role, a cosmetic or progress toward a shared goal. Gifts never give ranking points and there is no luck or raffle. Playing without gifts is fully valued.
Where does my viewers’ data go?
Live events (comments, likes, support, including viewer names and IDs) reach your computer through the third-party connection service Euler Stream, which is based outside Türkiye, and are processed there. Viewer names, IDs and comments are not sent to arcx servers. Details: Privacy Policy.
When do payments open?
Once company, payment and legal preparations are complete. Until then every buy button leads to the waitlist.
Are refunds available?
Full refund within 7 days if the live connection was never used.
What is free?
Every game in the simulator, with no time limit. Yıldız Bahçesi is free live too; it needs a free connection key (explained below).
What is the free connection key and how do I get one?
arcx reads live events through a third-party connection service called Euler Stream. On paid plans the connection comes from us. To run Yıldız Bahçesi live for free, you open a free account on the Euler Stream website and paste the key it gives you into the app; the app then connects directly with that key. The key is not your TikTok password. When the beta opens, the app will guide you through this step.
Can I run it on an unattended stream?
We do not recommend it. The games are designed for when you are on camera; unattended streams can conflict with platform rules.
